Had such a great stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and communication was quick and friendly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!
DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. We’ve had a property booked since February of 2024 for July 2024 and Kaitlyn called us with less than 24 hours within our check in time to let us know they are canceling our reservation. Kaitlyn claimed they “missed” our name when calling pre booked reservations to let them know the home is no longer serviced through them and is now only available on airbnb. Kaitlyn did not provide any solutions for us with the same dates we had originally booked. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Kaitlyn’s story kept changing every time we spoke with her on the phone regarding the situation.
