Stay Wild PA is amazing! They helped us get our house ready for short-term rental listing without even having met us in person as we live out of state. We had a great intro call with them, and asked them to do some updates to the house that were not feasible for us to do ourselves. Eliza and Andy let us know what our options were for the updates based on our preferences and made great choices on parts of the project where we gave them creative liberty. They kept us informed at every step. When we finally made it to the house ourselves, the deep clean had already been done in preparation for short-term rental listing. It was wonderful to arrive to a super clean house! Eliza also rearranged a few things that we would not have thought to do that will make it a much better space for guests

I had Stay Wild PA do some maintenance and restoration at my camp. They let me know about their progress every step of the way, asked about something before continuing and made wonderful suggestions to improve the project. They worked in a very timely manner, were very professional and meticulous. It was very important to them to make sure all was done correctly. This camp is not a rental property but if it was I would not hesitate to have Stay Wild PA handle every detail. They are AWESOME!!!
