Station at Old Town

I have lived at this property for two years. I love it here. Angela and Glenn are my favorite leasing office consultants this property has had since I have been here. Michael the maintenance manager is great too. He keeps up with the property and is quick with maintenance request. I highly recommend moving here.

I really enjoy living here. Living in an apartment complex there is always the possibility of encountering maintenance issues or loud neighbor noises during quiet hours. However, the staff responds to our needs in the best way they can. This complex offers spacious elevators, a covered parking, a pet/ dog wash station, bike storage, controlled temperature halls, among other great amenities/ needs. The staff aims to build a great community, so they plan events and opportunities to connect with others. A big shout out to Glenn and Angela for assisting with the lease renewal, thank you.

So far it's been great living here! Nothing to complain about. Great staff, the community is always clean and there's even AC in the hallways! Amazing! I Love living here! I just don't give them 5 stars because the lack of communication is just too much. You have to call them over, and over again to get updates about your application. It feels like nothing is being done if you don't bother them. From the application process until I got the keys, was a pain. But now that I'm living here, it's amazing!!! The other thing is that this is so safe that it's even hard for Amazon drivers to make a delivery. You will have your delivery rescheduled many times. It's better if they just leave the package at the leasing office.

So far I am loving living at Aura. I moved in on 8/31. Management has been completely flooded with applicants and has had to contend with Covid-19-caused supply chain issues during the ongoing completion of this new community, but they are handling it all with grace. I have been treated with respect throughout the process and the apartment itself is glorious. Friendly & professional staff that have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, great fixtures/appliances, good soundproofing, fantastic amenities, and an ultra-convenient location all add up to one of the best places I have lived. God willing, I hope to live here a long time.

Great experience at Station at Old Town! Glenn was very friendly, professional, and attentive. He listened carefully and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this beautiful, well kept property and its amazing staff!
