Station Apartments

Don’t consider this place to live poor management (Elenia) very unprofessional. Smells like fish mold everywhere mantience doesn’t do their job. They like to go in your unit and look around without a notice. By far the worse place I ever rented. They need to do better and find more professional people to work for their company and worry about their residents.

Yes this place has smelled like dead fish.....6 years since May early June 2016. I just canceled my rent payment this month. It is BY FAR the worst place I have ever lived in. This is the worst six years of my entire life!!!! The office worker(s) are beyond belief incompetent, rude, lazy ,ect.,ect.ect. They mostly just ride around in the golf carts being rude and I THINK eating gummy bears.....all the day long. He is right about them not fixing anything, and raising the rent, as well. Do not rent one of these apartments....It will be the worst mistake you have EVER MADE. I also would give them LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!!! If it where possible! So called lady..... in the office is so SHALLOW, RUDE, and UNKIND, I CANNOT STAND(OR STOMAH) TO BE IN HER PRESENCE!

This place has smelled like rotting fish for months. Rent keeps going up each year, yet the property keeps looking worse and worse. They are asking for a 40 dollar increase in rent to renew the lease. An obvious way to put money into thier other properties. I would do your best to stay away from here. On top of that, maintenance has a habit of saying they completed a repair without actually checking to see if it works. It is just another example of how horrible and disgusting springdale is. Stay away from here and all Lindsey properties. They are a corrupt and greedy entity.

The station apartments is one of the worse properties anyone could consider staying at. Smells like fish, maintenance is terrible and all they care about is renewing your lease with a higher monthly rate. Management is beyond unprofessional. Neighbors in everyone business.

After waiting a few months finally received my apartment. I have no complaints the staff but the apartment I received was dirty the refrigerator was the worst and the bathtub even had hair from previous owners.🤢
