We first contacted Stately Homes when we were experiencing an unknown water leak in our shower. Although their wheelhouse is in new construction, they were wonderful in coordinating the multiple subcontractors to identify the problem and promptly resolve the issue. Their team swiftly walked our house and brought others to minimize multiple appointments as we both have full time jobs and busy schedules. The office was able to source the same tiles and began the bathroom shower repairs and renovation. Their professionalism, communication and cleanliness throughout the process made what could have been a stressful inconvenience manageable and we couldn't recommend them more! We bought a house from Stately and will never buy another one from this company. We had to have almost every subcontractor come out over the first year of the warranty to fix things which were done incorrectly/poorly/cheaply to begin with. Driveway, patio, electric, HVAC, cabinets, windows, septic, garage doors, and insulation. Some people more than once. A few of the subcontractors left horrible messes in our yard. Very annoying and time comsuming. Not to mention the time away from work waiting for the contractors. We are still dealing with electric and septic issues 15 months into owning this house. Once we hit our one year builder's warranty period, we quit hearing from Stately even though we still had a couple of pending items. Stately did address most of our issues, but with the same
