Gone start and finish by saying new property manager Louisiana NEEDS TOO QUIT! And until she does quit the partition for a new property Manager Will continue to be signed and passed on. DO NOT MOVE HERE AS LONG AS THAT LADY IS THE MANAGER HERE she has changed the community for the worse we have went down hill as a complex since she’s started in November of 2024! Her lack of communication is the community’s main issue on top of the many other things she does and does not do. LOUISIANA YOU NEED TO GO LEAVE OUR COMMUNITY!

Made a appointment to look at one of the town houses. Newly built. Under a year old. I was honestly looking for a little better . York City has a big big problem with housing. You basically have two choices. One a over priced apartment that at one time was a house that has been broken up and made 3 4 apartments. The place has 300 dollars worth of caulk and paint. All the appliences are old but the mini blinds are all new. We can't forget the overhelheming smell off bug balm. You can move in right away 2000 + utilities. Personally that should be illegal. FYI keep your rent receipt. A Slum Lords accounting skills are about as good as there ability to hire a licensed contractor. Or to understand contract law.

State Street's minimum for a single person is like 29,000. The place is a scam joint for the poor, vulnerable and marginalized. They took my 25 dollar application fee as well as my neighbor's 50 dollar application fee, then denied us based on income requirements. We had vouchers from the Housing Authority, but the representative from State Street Crossing didn't divulge that they only take vouchers for 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Instead she encouraged us to apply, because there was a waiting list. They took our money, knowing full well that we never qualified from the get go. I tried to get my appl
