This mortgage company has the worst people working for them because they never answered the phone or questions you asked them and they are rude. My payment has been going up since I started paying on my place eight years ago and I asked why and nobody can give me a answer why. And you try to talk to someone and if you get a person on the phone they try to tell you what you can and cannot do and they are rude and hateful to you. When I sent a check on the fifth it was told to me that they haven't received it yet and my other payment was due and I know it don't take that long of a time to mail a check from North Georgia to Atlanta Georgia. I am in the same situation as all the other poor reviews, my mortgage increase went up by $500 , and I would like to know WHY. Last time this happen, nothing made sense, and I believe they made an error. No answering phones, not responding to emails. If i have to visit the business I will, but I may remove my auto pay as I pay ontime EVERY MONTH since day one. That way, they will be wanting to talk to me. This is insane. I am trying to find more contacts to escalate this. It is beyond awful.

I've been dealing with state homes for the past 15 years and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Over the past two years my escrow account have gone up tremendously $9000 in the negative to be exact increase in my mortgage tremendously. This is a sad occasion and no one can give me an explanation or a breakdown of how. It's very unacceptable for a mortgage company to allow someone escrow account to fall behind tremendously. I've tried several times to get assistance with with no luck. I'm also reading other reviews and we all are going through the same thing with our escrow account could anyone send me some advice on how to get this situation under control or get assistance with this matter?

Update: they’re having technical difficulties with the phones and computer system, spoke to somebody finally and she was super nice and helpful. This place is the worst, trying to talk to an actual person here is ridiculous. You have to sit through all of the automated options, select what you want then it resets to the beginning. I’ve emailed people and they never respond. I finally got ahold of somebody and she was rude to me, all I needed to do was make a payment and set up my next payment. Looked online and it’s set up correctly but doesn’t show where my extra payment amount is going towards.
