AVOID AT ALL COST!! It’s may look nice BUT Recently stayed here with my Airsoft and paintball team to watch the NXL over the weekend for 2025 and this place had roaches in the kitchen on arrival! None of the downstair TV’s were working , and the toilet paper holder near the kitchen was broken! The owner tried blaming us for having real firearms even though we have paintball replicas and are a team! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Imagine sitting on the couch with family to see multiple roaches running up the walls. Imagine laying in bed seeing roaches in your light fixtures. Then when you ask for a PARTIAL refund they decline and post a nasty review in your Airbnb Profile. Stay here if that’s the vacation you want 🙂 Update: Host commented that they tried to address the issue, how can you address a roach infestation in a day or two? This is a health hazard that means the home should not have been rented to begin with.

I stayed in one of their homes and had many issues. The power was out in a section of the house, the fridge did not work, and we were told not to lower to AC below 74, when it was summer in Florida. The host did respond quickly to replace the fridge and try fix the electrical, however the fridge they brought also did not work, and the power continued to not work all weekend. We had to continue to flip breakers. They had to then got a third fridge. Hundreds of dollars of food was spoiled due to lack of refrigeration and the host refused to give us a partial refund. Then once we filed a claim to get a refund through Airbnb, they sent a retaliatory review for our stay. They would not take accountability for the unpreparedness of their home. They would not offer us a discount and blamed their

Like lipstick on a pig. Themed rooms are cool and all, but I’d much rather have working appliances and AC that isn’t micromanaged during the hottest months in Florida. Vacation budget was spent on coolers and ice - due to NOT ONE but TWO broken refrigerators (which were left in the house and in the way) - Hundreds on dollars of food thrown away. Plans moved around to technicians schedule and pre booked reservations lost. What was supposed to be a trip of celebration quickly turned into a living nightmare. If I had more than two thumbs, they’d be down. OH if all that sounds nice - you also will be staring into your neighbors house in all directions, because all of the houses are three feet away with no fencing or privacy. Thanks for a miserable experience and memories tainted.

Just returned from a two week holiday staying in a wonderful villa which suited our party of 11. The kids loved the space and pool. Quiet location but near enough to shops and parks but we had hired two 7 seater cars to get about. Just one niggle - no kettle and as we arrived late it was a problem to boil water for the baby's milk on the first night. We bought a cheap kettle the next morning and left it for others to use after us. We used the pool/splash pool and play park at the club house too. The people on the gate were always friendly when we returned each day. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of staying in a hotel I would recommend renting from Stars Vacation Homes as we found them to be reasonable rates. A very magical holiday.
