Stark wood

the worst building in weho. Dogs barking constantly from the hallway, no soundproofing whatsoever. The building manager has 3 dogs that constantly bark yet he is responsible for the building and cannot follow the rules the rest of us abide by. The landlord does nothing about fixing issues in the building, doors to building are not secure and propped open all day despite the secure building feature. Back door does not close at all, and will not do anything about it. I’ve lived here for 2+ years now, and the building is continuing to deteriorate despite the facade being repainted. Im letting you know so you don’t fall into the same trap I did thinking this was a great building.

Most wonderful homes and apartment, I love the apartment I'm in now, it's very comfortable nice clean area a very welcomeing neighborhood.
