Stardust Plaza Apartments

I'm excited to move in this week... nice neighbors and a safe environment... and good management as well...

Lived here for 6 yrs and really liked it. Margi is the best ,most caring manager ever. The prices were good. My only complaint was the pool. I like to swim but at my age the little ladder didn't work for me. Needs walk in steps.

Our neighbor had a bedbug infestation and the management not only did not notify us within 72 hours of finding out as required by Colorado law they also refused to pay for exterminators, again as required by Colorado law. After moving out we were not refunded our entire deposit and Margi the manager gave bad references to other places we applied to move into. Stay far away from the Stardust Plaza.

There's a reason these apartments are so cheap. If you like living on a military base in the 1950s this is the place for you! Rude, snooty, ridiculously old fashioned staff. Apartments are moldy with outdated appliances. The lawn looks great though. Save yourself a headache and leave grandma and grandpa stardust to watch the grass grow.

Lived here for 4 years. Management very responsive to requests. Constantly upgrading buildings and outer area and pool. Place is comparatively quiet with a few loud people. Love living here.
