Stardom Villas 27 Ave

If you want to live in a trash dumpster then rent an apartment here at Stardom Villas on 27 ave. I have been here in the United States for 20 years and I have never seen managers worse than Vitali and Victoria. They are irresponsible and never take care of the people that live here. They simply don’t care, all they care about is getting their rent paid. They are never here and they don’t answer their phones when you have an issue regarding the apartments. They are horrible and so is this apartment. DONT RENT, NOT WORTH IT!

I have had ongoing water leaks for months. Vitali told me to my face that I’m crazy because he didn’t understand that when you don’t fix it keeps happening over and over periodically, which is now in my cabinets they have not Completed what they told me they were going to do verbally. I tried sending a five day notice. Because it should not have taken him 2 weeks to fix it. as a resident for over four years, they are treating people this way they insult people to their face antagonize people until they are so mad that they blow up on them so that they can file a police report. they are trying to avoid all responsibility for the complex. I have paperwork from them that says that they are absolving themselves from the problem.

The lady Victoria, and development is horrible, she was very condescending and made great efforts to show me apartments that were very dirty and when a better development was mentioned she was supposed to send me supporting documents to get me over to a better environment and never 👎🏽 followed up and or sent me those supporting documents and or information to being able to tour that complex because I believe because she did not want me to be a resident due to her discriminatory behavior that she bluntly expressed through her approach and choice of words when we did converse in person . Definitely a lot of health hazards, and the quality of the basics in the units seem to be hindered.

No one happens in the office, every day, they only come from time to time and when they have to put the paper to pay the rent. Sad but true.I have approximately three years of living here and report this problem since I came to live here, and they have fixed the roof three times, already and never fix that well, problem, it is sad that they only care about your rent payment but not your conditions to live, so in this way, this happened right now in July and here you must wait until months to fix the problems. The vesinos have to be beeping every time they arrive from work, and the parking lots are occupied, by the population of greater power in the building, you report and never pay attention to you, you ask for changes of something damaged and you must wait months, they changed the window

I been here 4 yrs side I'm on a lot better then. the other side . comfortable living. affordable good size apt. all apts have ups n downs. not as bad as thought they would be. only down fall no pool or play ground
