They are running a criminal enterprise at these apartment . Despite having moved out for OVER 5 MONTHS, I have NOT received my security deposit and my overpayment on the rent. I paid early for 15 months and this place has the audacity to intentionally delay paying me. First it was "2 month policy" that I had to wait for my deposit and rent overpayment. This is illegal according to Texas Renters Law, but I went with it as I was willing to wait it out. Then, after 2 months, I called back and once again an excuse. Call us back in 2 weeks, we're having IT issues! Put your name and number down and we'll call you back! No call back, and when I call back they don't even know my name or who I am. Let me start by thanking the professional staff members, Mrs Gabriela & Mrs anahy. From day 1 they treated me with such respect and super professional, made me feel like home! Very helpful, kind , respectful. Maintenance very organized and helpful, any little inconvenience and they are more than happy to take care of it the same day. They provide me with peace of mind knowing security is always around. 1 year and not planning on moving. And let me just say i consider myself a nightmare to deal with lol .. I have questions about everything and they are always so happy to help me. I have had the worst weeks of my life , lost the love of my life ! Through those difficult times they were a helping hand. They are so good at communicating I know they are always there to work with me .. recommend

I have emailed multiple times complaining about the trash pileup and am hoping that any prospective tenants caution themselves before considering this place. These are photos right outside my apartment in the "car maintenance" area. That name is a lie. It's the bulk trash disposal. It is not just tenants piling on old trash - it is the maintenance workers actively choosing to dump and leave the trash there when they clean out old apartments. There is no disposal plan. I have emailed multiple times because not only are there rats and raccoons and other wild animals there, but also homeless people sometimes hang out there. Great overall experience. Everyone in the leasing office is great especially Valerey, she's very kind and always positive. Very quiet in the complex and maintenance is always driving around in carts throughout day so its easy to get help.

I have work with Gabriela and she is amazing. She will always be there to help with anything that you need. She also communicates with you pretty well
