The team at Star Property Management has been excellent to rent from. The staff is reasonable, knowledgeable about each individual unit, and maintains clear, consistent communication with tenants. They always provide plenty of notice for building repairs and routine maintenance, which I really appreciate. Scheduling maintenance is simple, and response times are impressively. Their main office is also conveniently located within walking distance of many of their apartments, making it easy to stop by when needed.

One word - RUN. Unless you have absolutely zero standards for where you live and enjoy dealing with rude people. When we visited the apartment, Sheila was instantly rude and completely lacked customer service skills, but my husband and I were so tired of looking at apartments that we signed a lease with them anyway. That was a mistake. The apartment was filthy upon moving in. We had to take off work multiple days just to go up and clean it in order to make it livable. The entryway was covered in thick layers of dust and dirt, the windows were black, and the basement of the building (where the laundry was) was HORRIFYING. It flooded every time it rained, so it was wet, dirty, and moldy. After putting in a maintenance request and having nothing done, I cleaned it myself so I could at least
