Very nice to meet Sara she had no issues with answering my 21 questions and was able to show up for a tour I was Early to. They have nice properties and all of the people I've spoken with didn't confuse. Omg I'd recommend you look at these rentals just for the company kindness and knowledge and being told grace is our application point of contact was great transparency because I didn't feel unimportant or uncomfortable and as a single mom I need to surround my family with goodness. Thank you. As a section 8 holder the landlord gets paid and I'm in the market for reciprocity so I feel even the maintenance people would respond to my requests with professionalism. HORRIBLE experience with everything after the tour of the building. There’s SO much to complain about that I have to use bullet points. •Locked inside of my apartment for HOURS because the door handle came off. This happened TWICE. •Electric heaters stopped responding to thermostat and were on HIGHEST temperature for DAYS without being fixed. Management promised to reimburse me for the excess electricity used, but never did despite my request through emails. •ANY maintenance request comes with a minimum of a FOUR HOUR wait window. NO exceptions. •Garbage room is DISGUSTING and despite being “secured” bums somehow keep getting in. There is a regular who lives inside of the room- set up makeshift bed and takes cans for deposit $$. •NO breed restrictions on dogs and dogs are allowed to bark,

Can’t believe there isn’t 5 stars overall. I have been renting with this management company for years and it has been by far the best experience I have had with any landlord/management company. Very friendly, upkeep property, quick response to maintenance requests, very reasonable with pricing, leases, etc.

I've rented with Star Metro for 3 years now and they are the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Any requests for maintenance I've had are addressed quickly, usually within a day, even going so far as to add an extra lock on the trash room when asked to keep the homeless out. The property is clean and well maintained, the appliances are all new stainless steel and they regularly perform inspections of the fire and sprinkler system. Plus, in the time I've lived here they have not raised the rent on me which is different from any apartment I've ever lived in! Absolutely would recommend renting with them!

I moved in a few months ago and I have to say, I am very impressed by the management team. I have had a few little things come up and had to email or call and they ALWAYS get back to me promptly and with a good response! I know choosing an apartment can be stressful because you don't want to get stuck with a bad management team, so I am writing this to express my happiness with the care I have received thus far.
