Star Braeswood Apartments

On February 13th I moved in these apartments and Ms. Carmen along with Leonard the maintenance personnel made my moving experience easy and pleasant. She went out of her way to assure it would be and Leonard as well helped me move in some furniture. I'm delighted to receive that recommendation from a current resident about this place. Satisfactory at best!!!

I recently visited S. Breaswood Apartments to lease an apartment for my friend, who is a new immigrant and will be coming to the U.S. soon, and I was truly amazed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Carmen was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. She understood that my friend is new to the country and might face extra challenges, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every step—touring, answering questions, explaining the lease—was handled with professionalism and genuine care. This is my short and simple review. Do not rent here. The apartment complex is conveniently located near the Meyerland/Bellaire area, the rent is decently priced, and has a walking trail across the street at the bayou. While these things are a plus, the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion. Negatives: Management does not seem to have care or concern for their resident's concerns or complaints. A "not my problem" is the way that management makes me feel when I have a concern that I bring to their attention. Management does not follow up on issues with a resolution or answer either by email or phone call. The resident is left to wonder if the issue has been looked into or not. Noisy and rude neighbors are allowed to disrupt the quiet of the community without action being taken

I recenttly move in and had a good experience from getting a tour to settle in. Not only are Carmen and Leonard quick to respond to any maintenance needs, but also go well and beyond their responsibilities to help the residents. I was out of town for a couple of days and needed help with my package that required constant cooling. Carmen and Leonard were willing to put my package in the fridge while I was gone. This was not within their responsibilities but yet they helped because they are kind and helpful.

I am very comfortable living in Star Breaswood Apartments. And recently, they drop by to look at my microwave. They fixed that problem and the day before Thanksgiving my refrigerator wasn't working. I called that morning, and when I got home from work, they replaced my refrigerator. That's Awesome! Keep up the good work. 👍
