Staples Sotheby’s has the best agents, great websites, marketing and signage for a listing and agent Sandy Douglas definitely knows how to do it right to get it Sold. From start to finish she handled the listing perfectly, signage, updated fliers, multiple open houses and every detail checked. She always went above and beyond with her time spent to get things done and her knowledge and 20+ years of experience really shows. This is our second time using her both in our sale and in our new purchase, each time she negotiated everything to our satisfaction. I was referred to Jana Dillard through a mutual acquaintance. She showed us a few houses, and ended up connecting us with a home we liked enough to hire the builder to build a custom home for us! Jana said she had the perfect lot for us and it was! She made the process so easy. Then, we had a lot we had decided not to build on much earlier we needed to sell. It came with some baggage that needed a special touch and a realtor who wasn’t intimidated by the hurdles.
