Stanley Martin Northern Virginia Regional Office

We completely regret having bought a ONE MILLION dollar house from Stanley Martin homes in Leesburg, VA. The poor craftsmanship of this home is worse than any other home we have purchased before. We bought this house with the purpose of not having to do renovations and construction. This was not the case and it has been a nightmare that never ends. Since we moved to our home the first week of July 2023, we have addressed all the issues we have with the house via email, phone calls, and in person to Samantha (Sales Associate) and the various warranty team members Eric, Zach, Rich, Dave, and Ali. We have submitted multiple emails since we moved into our house including pictures as proof of the issues we discovered after we closed escrow on June 28, 2023 and our issues have not been resolved

We really regret the purchase of this poor craftsmanship of a home. It's been over 2 months since the purchase and since day one of moving in and actually injuring myself due to a stair rail falling as I'm walking up the stairs because it wasn't studded into the wall. And it's been hell every since. They forgot to put the trap in the home which was causing an odor. I've had my master shower tub replaced twice. We still don't have our alarm system in the home that has been mentioned several times and we don't get an response. The garage floor is cracking and even haven't parked an vehicle into the garage yet. The little bit of stuff they come to fix with the craftsmanship they just bandage it. Stanley Martin is attempting to have data centers built right off Linton Hall Rd in Bristow, VA, placing 13 industrial buildings right next to existing homes and schools. They spent the last week holding "community meetings" which were pretty much citizens raising concerns about the rezoning application and Stanley Martin saying that they were there just to present, not to actually get any feedback. This company has no ethics and should not be worthy of your money. I know they won't be worthy of mine and my family's. Lack of integrity - what a shame!

If you want to deal with a business that only cares about making a profit and doesn’t care about people then Stanley Martin is certainly for you. After fighting to get land zoned for building homes, they then decide propose building 14 Plus Data Centers 80 feet tall (plus 15 more on top for AC which makes extremely loud noise). Right next to homes and schools in Bristow Virginia which the residents oppose! They aren’t a company you should trust!

Stanley Martin is just another greedy corporation that does not care about anyone. They are trying to convince home owners in a well established community in Bristow, VA that it is a good idea to have data centers built right next to their homes and schools without considering the noise levels and environmental effects it will have on residents. Shame on you Stanley Martin. Devlin Technology Park is a big fat NO!!
