Stanley Martin Homes at River Ridge

These homes are really good. They are using one of the best quality materials for the building new home. They are good until you close the deal. After that everything is on paper. After that they doesn’t fulfill 2 months service and 11 months service for new homes. Nothing they did on my case. They have 3 to 4 prepared answers for any things that you said. 1. It’s within the Industry Standard 2. Technician said it’s good and within the standard not required to fix anything. 3. It’s not stated in your list for 11 months. 4. Now you are out of time and out of warranty. Even after your continuous follow up they doesn’t complete within that time period and after that they said the same. When Technician said that need repair then they said you are out of warranty now. So please I request you a

Beautiful home being built here and a nice neighborhood. Traffic here on this side of the town is horrible at times.
