Stanley Martin Homes at Magnolia Walk

I absolutely love Magnolia Walk and their amazing agent, Angela Stephens! Angela was professional and very attentive to the needs of my family. I have been to many communities and the warmth I was greeted with is a rare find. I look forward to working with Angela in the near future!

It’s a good place to live and you have Kroger, Walmart near by within a mile and gated community with swimming pool . One thing need to consider is “ it’s because of sellers market buyers need to compromise a lot “. They have only one plan and they are not going to customize anything and not giving any additional incentives . Very strict on their prices.

Stanley martin should focus on warranty services. After handover , the issues are not fixed and no proper answer from the warranty department. Answering in a rude manner and not ready to fix the issue.
