Not the greatest experience. A week after moving in my asphalt cracked and they fixed it by, painting over it? It was not fixed. The kitchen, was thru called wood, isn’t real wood. Also had a very spotty stain job. When I complained he actually made me fill out paperwork on which I had to admit that cleaning fixed the issue. Well, cleaning didn’t not fix the issue. He literally used alcohol and stain to fix it. The a/c system is too weak for the house and I have to use an additional heater, fan to cool or heat one of the bedrooms. So many issues, it’s not okay to treat buyers that way.
Just got our (dream) smart-home 🏡 from STANLEY MARTIN. Can't wait to move in.
