Terrible customer service. So many broken promises and misleading information in terms of what I was promised. Do not recommend this builder at all. Mungo homes are also building in Lexington and are much better.
Premium community at heart of Lexington. Almost all stores like Walmart, Publix, Kohls and target in less than 2 miles. This community is just across the road where new Lexington middle school is coming. Also Stanley Martin Homes is new name of the Essex homes.
Easier to find a lot that gives some breathing room with this builder. Saw some half acre lots that aren't cramped like other builders offering
