Stanley Martin Homes at Ansley

Great experience with Stanley Martin homes. My wife and I have been incredibly impressed throughout the entire process from the materials selection to the building process. Tony, our construction manager, and Ashley, our sales manager, have been helpful and amazing. We highly recommend Stanley Martin homes.

When we moved from VA, we were already aware of the quality of Stanley Martin homes. During our house hunting process, we heard that Stanley Martin was building at Ansley, so we made it a priority to visit. We loved the different plans and options that were provided. Tony Baine (Construction Supervisor) was excellent in the building process and exceeded our expectations. The location is great and everything is near-by, yet the location is tucked in an established neighborhood. The neighbors are wonderful and we look forward to being part of a great community.

Best deal for the money of all of the new home options we've explored. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our Stanley Martin experience. Can't beat this location in Raleigh and certainly a family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to everything you need (and much more) including high end shopping, dining, and free concerts at the North Hills amphitheater. Its a safe bet that these properties will only increase in value as the North Hills area continues to grow at a rapid rate.

Being from this area it's great to see what an amazing job Stanley Martin Homes has done with the Ansley models. They truly offer more standard options than any other place in the area. Plus, the location is amazing and close to everything in North Hills. I would highly recommend checking them out if you or anyone you know is looking for a new home.

We were looking for a ranch home and we heard about Stanley Martin homes at Ansley. We visited the model, met the agent Paul and immediately knew this was a great builder and they had a floor plan we just loved. They worked with us on every request and upgrade we wanted. Their workmanship is outstanding and Tony Baine, construction supervisor, was ever present to ensure that our home was built according to the plan and our requests. He spent time understanding our plan for each room and made suggestions to improve function and appearance. He was amazing to work with!! We have now lived in our home for 21 days and it is exactly what we wanted and we enjoy everyday in our home and this wonderful neighborhood. Michael and Rosemary Brown
