The management and maintenance personnel are very professional. Love the property and the residents. Now that is has new owners…I’m not impressed! The independent contractors “upgrades” are going from new appliances to used rusted appliances!? The things that needed work…NOT touched. You can’t throw a splash of paint on things and call it good.

The management is awesome and attentive to the tenants needs. I have never had an issue renting with them and refer anyone I can to rent with them. I did have a maintenance concern over a weekend and within an hour had someone there to help. I appreciate the kindness. I have rented from them since 2019 and will continue until I purchase a home.

I have lived at Stanley heights for 4 years now, new management took over in 2020. They came and upgraded my unit. The staff is personable and friendly. They’ve resolved any maintenance issues that have come up. I have viewed other properties in the area, and my town home is by far bigger, nicer and more affordable

Terrible place to live. Don't let a few nice photos fool you. Constant plumbing issues. Only updated on the exterior, so many issues within the unit. Management is inconsiderate of tenants & not sure they're in the right field given their attitude.

Do not recommend this apartment complex the apartments are falling apart they have bugs and I'm having to move out because my ceiling is falling through do not recommend at all and on top of that they don't have my deposit and I put a thousand 500 down so sad but I'm goin to fight it because I am a single mom and I worked hard for the money to move into that place and it wasn't even worth it.
