Stan Kassan Reverse Mortgage Specialist

I have an existing reverse mtg with AIG I wanted to modify. I had paid for a money management class with the original mtg. and now I wasted my time filling out all the paperwork, and paid another $200 for another money management class when I am not going to get a new mtg. I was then informed the application was turned down and had to apply again but had to wait for FHA to cancel the old application. I contacted another mtg. co and within 48 hrs. was told I would not qualify, exactly why, and in the meantime interest rates have climbed, market values going down, and definately not going to meet requirements and it made sense. Had Stan done his due diligence and run the numbers I believe he would have figured it was to close and as the other mtg. men said, won't fly. Have not hea
