I believe we hired Stambaugh around 2019. As an owner and then HOA board member I have worked with Stambaugh for about 6 years. Our previous property manager ran our community into the dirt. Our reserves were dangerously low. Stambaugh pulled us out of the situation our association had been in and has really done a fantastic job. I am a straight forward and dont beat around the bush. I am not concerned about the feathers that may get ruffled. I had a problem with Stambaugh in the way inspections were being done. I understand that what I said upset them but we wirked it out professionally and we got to know one another very well. I have been dealing with water leaks in my home every time it rains for over a year. RIG sent someone to inspect the roof area, and they concluded that the leaks weren’t caused by roof issues. However, they left without following up or identifying the source of the problem, seemingly to avoid taking responsibility. Since the leaks only occur during rainstorms, it is clear that the source of the issue is outside and should be their responsibility to fix. I’m frustrated because I am paying condo fees for services that are not being provided. I believe that both Tanisha and Karl Schroeder, who manage my community, are contributing to a culture of discrimination. This property management is totally unprofessional and loves to gossip about other people’s misfortune. I had an incident in the parking area of one of their buildings that were having the roof remodeled. I was the only car parked in the area and had an instrument/tool of theirs lodged into one of my tires. I spent well over 2 hours finding the person responsible for these buildings and when I finally did, I sent them the photos and receipt via email to resolve it with the roofing company. They did not want to pay nor be responsible for this and I had to pay this out of pocket. What discourages me the most is that she has the audacity to accuse me of taking advantage of the situation.
