Stallion Pointe Apartments

I have lived here a little over a year. The experience has been a complete nightmare, from the beginning of the process. I was given a 3 bedroom apartment infested with roaches/spiders in the back of the refrigerator to the washer/dryer appliances left in the apartment that i did NOT need. The manager Shannon worked to fix the problem with moving me to a 2 bedroom apartment which was better. No infestation but the A/C went out the first month of being here, was told we had no maintenance to work on service request. Solidago moved in to place and took over, everything has completely went down hill. A/C has not worked in over a month and a half, 3 weeks ago maintenance came stated they needed order a thermostat which never arrived. 2 weeks ago when the snow storm hit the thermostat completel

My daughter is having issues on getting her apartment fixed so she can move in. Its been a month, she's paid for and still not able to move in. She keeps getting the run around. Front door needs to be fixed, kitchen cabinet drawers are falling out and not on hinges, windows are not closing correctly and not to mention it was dirty and she's had to clean it herself. This is unacceptable for a tenant to have paid and still nothing has been done. Not safe for her to live there with front door issues. Enough is enough and no word if they'll compensate her. She just keeps getting told it'll get fixed and yet nothing...we're at the 1 month past move in date. Update: here we are...just a week into moving in and a dog has devoured her car. Not to mention after getting rental her rental was towed

So far it has been a great experience meeting Ms. Sabriena and Diana, I enjoy the activities and the resources. I look forward to seeing what's next and thank you Ms. Sabrena us with great programs.
