Stadler Place Apartments

The best place I ever lived in! Highly recommended! It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. People are very nice and friendly. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance guys do excellent work. The apartments are spacious, clean and the balcony is super nice to enjoy all year long. You will love it here!

I’ve admired this community for years, always hoping that one day I’d be able to call it home. When the opportunity finally came, I was absolutely elated and I had already been recommending Stadler to others even before I moved in! As a transplant to North Carolina, I’ve lived in a few different places, but nothing has compared to this experience. From day one, I stepped into an immaculately kept community of genuinely welcoming and caring people who look out for one another! First and foremost, I feel safe here and I absolutely love my beautiful living space! And the beautifully maintained grounds with their mature landscaping make the entire community feel peaceful and inviting. I’m am going into my second year of staying here and I have had the best experience.The office staff is so nice and helpful. Maintanence also does a great job and will get to you in no time. Anything I ever needed has always been addressed.

Marissa and Anna from the leasing office are always so nice and welcoming—they truly make you feel at home from day one. The maintenance team is fantastic and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of trees and peaceful birdsong that make it feel so homey and relaxing. I love coming home every day! I’m very happy here and have decided to renew my lease. Highly recommend this community!

This is my fifth year living here, and I love it. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The office and maintenance personnel are friendly and reliable, and always responsive to residents' concerns. Overall, I find it very comfortable and satisfying.
