5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been living at Stadium Row for a little over a year, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home during a new chapter in my life. The location is unbeatable — right near the heart of downtown Lancaster, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. What really stands out is the management team. They are consistently helpful, professional, and extremely responsive. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I would highly recommend Stadium Row to anyone looking for a great place to live — whether you’re starting over or simply want to be close to downtown in a well-managed community.💛

Clean and spacious apartments. The gym small but very nice. Accommodating and caring staff! A well managed operation.

Lived here for a year and a half. I'd advise anyone considering living here against it, find somewhere better. Building is nice, but: - When I moved in, one of the windows in my apartment was broken. I brought it to the attention of management the day I moved in, they assured me it would be fixed as soon as possible. It didn't get fixed until almost a YEAR later. Cold drafts in the winter or whenever it was windy. Also couldn't open the window in the fall or spring since the glass was broken. - You'll only ever get a single parking spot, makes it impossible to co-inhabit efficiently without shelling out more money to a parking garage, while Stadium Row is already overpriced. - There were multiple times when maintenance entered my apartment without notice, before or after. - The Latch lock

Stadium Row has felt like home since day 1 ! From the kindness of the staff to the beautiful designs, I could not feel more welcome and accommodated. It is a vibrant, respectful complex filled with people I am blessed to call neighbors. Very exciting location and can not wait for ball games to start up in the spring ! Would 10/10 recommend pursuing any availability Stadium Row has ASAP, you will be very pleased you did!

This place is a hidden gem! The leasing staff and maintenance crew are both exceptional and remarkably helpful; they worked quickly to get us into our new home, and the rentals are spectacular for the price. I'm thrilled that I stumbled upon Stadium Row, and I'm glad to be a part of the community here!
