Stadium Place

Only been here a month and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! If you love controlled chaos, this place is for you. Meaning living across the stadium with the games, events, concerts etc; almost happening everyday makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The community is amazing. The staff is incredible. Very nice and communicative. Lots of upgrades coming to the building. SO MANY FOOD PLACES. Very pet orientated. Even just an elevator ride, you’ll end up with a great conversation with your neighbor. The rooftop view is a vibe. The amenities are great! It’s definitely 5 stars in my book.

3 months in! Can’t have a better experience! The concierge team, Dylan and Nick, are always friendly and helpful. The leasing office staff is wonderful and responsive. And my favorite thing - the stunning view! Only wish to move even higher floors. But this absolutely already delights my day. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommend this apartment!

Wave resident for 3 years—The Wave is a good place to live! Location is convenient to use the Link, Sounder train, street car, bus system, or drive. Quick walk to Lumen field and T-mobile. It is crazy on game days but fine if you plan ahead. Big windows let in tons of light and the views are magnificent. Maintenance is responsive. Dylan and Jay are awesome! They do a lot of resident engagement activities which are fun. Elevator issues were prominent in the past year but hopefully resolved. You must like, or at least be comfortable with, dogs to live here as there are a lot of them. Rooftop spaces and common areas are nice. We’ve rented the spaces for events several times— always a hit. I imagine we’ll be here for awhile!

I’ve been here for a few months, I love the area and the leasing professionals Dylan, Niko, and Lilly are so sweet and helpful. Great events, especially for sports lovers. But whoever the manager is… yeah they have to get it together. Everywhere reeks of dog pee and poop. Elevators and front entrance are the worst of the smell. Maintenance damaged my floors and didn’t even fix my original maintenance issue after months of reporting my issue. The property manager has never responded to my emails. I have had a noise complaint for over 3 months, no response email even acknowledging it. One of the team members, Nate, intimidated and made uncomfortable my girlfriend on a few occasions. The only good thing about this place is Dylan and Niko. Get it together manager!

I am going on my 4th and last year living at Stadium Place and it is unfortunate to see the deterioration of what was once a fantastic place to live. Don’t get me wrong, the unit that drew me here is still fantastic and has been a joy to live in, but unfortunately the current staff has fallen well short of the standards that were established within the first year or so living here. The staff is generally challenging to get a hold of and when you are able to access them, their helpfulness is variable at best and non-existent at worst. Although they do generally maintain a good attitude, it is not infrequent that you are left SOL as a tenant when it comes to things like bill errors, packages, and other ancillary aspects of accommodation.
