Stadium District Apartments

I’ve lived here for over a month now and this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. I moved here all the way from Texas, I did not even tour the apartment before moving in. The office staff were so helpful and so kind to me with the move in process. The apartment was completely clean on move in day and you can tell it was freshly painted as well. This building is so private, I never see or hear my neighbors, I feel like I’m the only one living here at times! I have never seen a mess in the hallways and often hear the cleaners vacuuming out there atleast a once a week. The parking lot is always clean & always seems safe. Also the dumpsters are emptied frequently so the areas around the dumpsters are always clean as well. My heat is amazing & also my A/C. The maintenance guys ca

One of my favorite apartments in the stadium district! Beautiful granite counters and hardwood floors. Central location close to so much entertainment and food. Office staff are so friendly and truly care about their residents. Definitely a place to see if you are looking for a new place to call home!

It is impossible to speak to a person to get anything resolved and although smoking is not permitted I get daily bursts of smoke coming in through my vents. If I could give a zero I would. I have never been able to buzz in a visitor, animals make messes that do not get cleaned up enough. overall fairly miserable experience so far.

It's a great place to live! Spacious, sophisticated and well secured. The location is accessible to almost all major areas. Timely inspection and maintenance to address any issues and the capital city market just next door is so convenient. The fireworks at Jackson field is a beautiful view from the apartment's balcony and definitely one of the highlights of the property. I just should've known that there would be a waiting list to get a covered parking space mainly for the winter. Overall I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend 😊

Toured the property today in hopes to move in next summer and I can't wait!
