The leasing office consultant Delilah was amazing! They were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I understood every step of the leasing process. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. And I’m super excited to make this place home. If you’re looking for an apartment stadium 700 is the place.

To whom it may concern: let me tell you it’s hard to come by great customer service nowadays. I was highly satisfied w/ Nataly’s elaborative professionalism and positive attitude. She made my experience exciting and less stressful. I know others are in great hands!

I would not recommend living here. The units and community are quite old, and this place should not be advertised as "luxury-style apartments". The rent is too high for the quality of living. There are hardly any amenities, and you have to pay for things like parking, even though there are no covered parking options. There are roaches and other pests, too. Many of the tenants living there smoke in or outside of their units, and the leasing staff chooses not to do anything about it. It is a lease violation to smoke on the property. I brought a complaint once about the smell of weed coming into my unit, and this was never addressed. Much of my unit was not clean and/or damaged when moving in, and while I did not have problems following my move out, I don't think these areas will be treated

I can’t say enough about this place in the positive! As a businessman that has worked and lived in 4 major cities over nearly 50 years I needed assistance not just a home - Linda ( the manager ) was the answer! Linda loves what she does and has empathy to each request and her passion to help others have a perfect home is unmatched. Her staff including the office staff ,especially Natalie, has been amazing over my move and living here. The maintenance for Linda with Salvador and another gentleman ( begins with a T ) stopped what they were doing to visit with my elderly mother and see to her best in finding her way around when she was needing some help. Linda was very helpful to me to feel comfortable. She runs a tight ship and I am so proud to be a part of the community here. Any question
