Stack House Luxury Apartments

Had such a great tour at Stack House! Sasha was amazing, he showed us everything and explained all the ameneties really well. He was very pateint with all our questions an didn’t rush us at all, which we really appriciated. The apartments are beautiful and the ammenities are really nice. Overall such a good experiance and very positive vibe. Thank you Sasha! 😊

Stack House is located in a great and safe neighborhood where you can walk to many places like Capitol Hill, Downtown, Seattle Center and get there in less than 30 minutes. Also, it has many public transport options making it a very convenient place to live in Seattle. Amenities and apartments look very nice and have competitive prices. Like in many apartment buildings expect some noice from neighbors but overall I've never had problems with other residents. I've enjoyed living here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Excellent Touring Experience at Stack House We had a wonderful experience touring Stack House, thanks to Sasha. He explained everything very clearly and patiently, from pricing and layouts to amenities, and made the entire tour feel smooth and comfortable. Sasha walked us through the buildings in detail, showing all available rental units, guest rooms, common areas,rooftops, clubhouse and other amenities. His explanations were picture-perfect and easy to understand, and he never rushed us. We really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all our questions thoroughly. Overall, it was a great experience, and Sasha made us feel confident and well-informed about Stack House.

You get what you pay for here at the stack house. It’s not cheap, but its good quality facilities and my apartment has a particularly nice layout. Other folks have mentioned poor management or stolen packages, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort. My rent is increasing this year, but its still competitive with the rest of the market (maybe better even). Can say they would have gotten 5 stars without that.

The community here is great, everyone is friendly and there's a lot of interaction with one another. The office staff is very helpful and responsive, so that helps with things if/when they arise. I like being able to walk to many restaurants and other venues, along with the convenience of being close to work.
