St. Valentine Apartments

Operated by Catholic Charities, the St. Valentine apartments are allotted and apportioned to the underhoused, not generally available at retail price to the public. I occupy one of 54 units, and am quite fortunate to have been selected as a tenant. Tent is subsidized based upon income. Security building. 24/7 security personnel. Sally port entry. Not assisted living, but counselors and facilitators available normal office hours to assist residents. Ample free wheelchair accessible parking and entrance for residents and guests. Community area with kitchen amenities, soft and hard chairs, tables, electric hearth. Outdoor fenced courtyard with tables , chairs, natural gas grill and an odd 2 ton concrete ping pong table. Interior hallways smack of industrial strength lunatic asylum decor. Came

It would be rather unfair to rate th8s place, because ... Like me ... One has to be a homeless, addict, vulnerably rated, and selected by a select committee of selectmen to get in, subsidized and all that ramification ramrodded... Uh , well,,, so i am a tenant and i try to comply and hope for the best Recommended. Maramao. Meow
