St Simon's Terrace

Terrible terrible terrible! Lived there since a kid they have a bad mice infestation you leave food out for 20 minutes they’re eating through your groceries. They don’t do anything about but set traps and leave. The maintenance men are terrible they half ass jobs or don’t show up at all and they’re severely always understaffed. They don’t even hire up keepers to do the grass anymore or have people pickup the trash around the complex. They will lose your or won’t keep track of your documents for rent information they’ll call you back to sign things they “forgot”. Then kept going up on rent and charging more money for those crappy apartments. Oh and good luck with the heat in the house that actually works sometimes and during the summer? They only have 2 AC unit SLOTS not in every room just

Overall it is alright. Sometime takes time to make things right, but the end is good.
