St Paul Collection

This is an honest assessment from someone who lived in this building for nearly two years. Pros: - Location and walkability (Cherry Creek North is the perfect neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, community, convenient grocery stores, public library, etc.) - Concierge and maintenance staff (A+) - They are genuinely amazing and provide exceptional service! - Design and decorating of units - modern, neutral, high-end finishes - Rooftop pool and views Cons: - Ownership is clearly going through a financial crunch. Things that break don’t get fixed. Ex: there was a huge vent hood in the lounge that broke and wasn’t replaced for 9-months leaving a gaping hole with exposed wiring in the common space that residents pay monthly to use! The wine fridge, ice machine and regular fridge in the lounge

Poorly maintained and not well managed. Way too much construction. Let their best employee go. They are cutting costs and being cheap due to all the constant construction that won’t be done until the end of 2027. The building leaks water. Not worth the price. Different rules for different residents. The building constantly stinks. The manager is useless. Empty hot tub? Takes days to refill . No heat in the pool either. My 70 year old neighbor has had to get on her hands and knees and clean the green slime out of the hot tub herself. This place is a complete joke. Paying these prices and they don’t even hire a proper pool cleaning company? We as neighbors have all come tot he conclusion that the property owner , BRYTEN, is way over budget on their new construct

It’s such a nice community and well maintained. I enjoyed my time here and always felt like home.

Best place for free parking in cherry creek. Pull into the alley behind the jacquard hotel and there is free parking at Saint Paul collection in the loading/waiting area. Look for the wooden panels on the wall and that’s where you can pull in and park. The managers at St Paul have no idea if the parked cars are for residents, guests, or people shopping. I park in there over night all the time, never a ticket at all. It’s also got camera for extra security . Good little cherry creek parking for free that saves money and worry about tickets or being towed. Not sure how the residents don’t complain, but I have been doing this for over a year instead of paying to park at the mall when I go to work.
