Amanda has not worked here for two years & cindy is about to hit one, left i would say in May. Marbella aka Bella, is the assistant manager for zenobia since cindy left (mentioning due to a recent review) Bella is a great assistant, she is always assisting zenobia on how to do her job, teaching her how to do it since I always overhear the manger say, " can you show me again, I dont know how to," "i can't see, can you do it?" Ever since cindy left i was unable to catch up to my rent till just this month in October due to late fees upon late fees. Thank goodness I get assistance and was able to leverage it out the end of this month before November came up. I've been here for over 4 years, and the management has been great. Bella Maribel Lopez is super nice and helps you with everything you need, and she solves any problem quickly. She's the best 👍👏.

I am thankful for this place. Bella is such a wonderful down to earth person. Always happy and informative. Maintenance is always very responsive. It was pleasantly surprising how fast they responded to my work orders.

I was required to pay a $200 holding fee along with my application. Ultimately, we did not to sign a lease at this complex. We applied back in May, and it’s now August — yet the holding fee still hasn’t been refunded. The main issue seems to stem from one of the leasing office staff, Bella. Despite giving her the correct information, she submitted it to the wrong address, causing major delays. Instead of taking responsibility, she’s consistently rude and unprofessional. She’s hung up on me, lied, and shown a complete lack of respect or basic customer service skills. Worst place I have every lived at. I would never recommend anyone to rent from here. We were the very first tenants to move in and watch all buildings be finished. Darrell was the very first manager and some how he just vanished couple of weeks after we moved in then we had another manager Xavie who was rude, didnt know how to communicate and talked to people how ever she wanted, with attitude. Xavie was removed and we got Samantha and Amanda who were amazing together, worked well togethet, communicate effectively. Samantha was moved to another location and then we got Cindy who was always frantic, overwhelmed and couldn't multitask and let's add she told us club house was for leasing staff only not tenants.
