I’ve been living here for almost two years, and I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience. I’ve had little to no issues, and whenever something does come up, it’s handled promptly and professionally. The rental office staff is wonderful, and I especially want to recognize Naoj. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. She takes the time to listen and is genuinely willing to help with any concern. If she’s not able to resolve something directly, she always makes sure to guide you to the right person who can. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly make a difference in the overall living experience here.

Do not move here! Management does absolutely nothing about anything a the residents here are inconsiderate and trashy. Garbage gets thrown all around the dumpsters, not in the dumpsters. Broken glass all over to where I can’t safely walk my dog around the complex. There’s dog poop everywhere because the resident’s don’t pick up after their animals and when I complained about this, I was given the lame excuse that the cameras near the dog park were placed too high up and they can’t zoom in to see who’s not picking up after their pets (and they’re not that high up, they’re at the top of my building just right in front of the dog park) and they don’t have someone to monitor the dog park 24/7. They proceeded to ask ME to take pictures of the people at the dog park not picking up after their pe

I moved into the complex in January, and I would like to formally recognize Naoj for her outstanding professionalism and support. From the very beginning, she has been consistently courteous, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Any questions or requests I have had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, and she has always taken the time to ensure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Her excellent communication, willingness to assist, and proactive approach have made my transition into the community smooth and stress-free. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in providing exceptional service. I am truly grateful to have Naoj as my property manager, as she has made my experience here both positive and welcoming.!

The move in was great thanks to the courtesy of the people that helped me navigate the process. I sold my home and hadn’t rented since 1985 - way different. Nice apartment and nice neighbor's. I feel everyone made such an extra effort! ♥️
