Im so glad I read the reviews. I recently applied for a unit which I just knew I would get being that it shows as being listed well over a month. My credit score is nearly 700. No evictions. I literally dont have a single past due bill for the past 10 years. I make WELL over enough to pay the rent. I currently pay about 300+ more with no problem. Single no children. I got a 5 year plan and lower rent would speed that up. I wasnt denied but I was sent a message just days before viewing that "a lease has been signed" Check out our other properties" after i sent in my id pic. I wasn't interested after that but i have been curious as to why that property is still listed? So idk if they using that property to reel ppl in or maybe they're just being very slow to take it down. I hope this wasnt a

They have mice in one of their properties and they won’t tell you. They will lie. Good luck with getting your full security deposit back. They will charge you!

This company is very disgusting and disrespectful to paying tenants. Especially Melissa and Kara Cummins. I absolutely despise doing any type of business with this company and would advise that others avoid them at all cost. There has been a maintenance issue every month since I signed my lease in August. There is a disgusting smelly leak in the bathroom that has went unattended for months. Fast forward to last week, Jay (who has always been professional and nice) came to do a walk through due to harassment and false accusations made by my neighbor. He noticed the ceiling and couldn’t believe it has been like that, even asked if I put in a maintenance request to have it fixed. I love how spacious my apt is and the layout. I have a 2 bedroom . Minus one star for these thin walls. I can hear my neighbors on both sides and I can hear the other bedroom . I will need to ask if I can swap out the shower head and curtains. I also wish there was some kind of screen to go on the window, so I can open them without stressing about birds and bugs flying in.

We’ve rented with St. Louis Real Estate Society for almost three years, and they are the by far the most professional landlord/management company we’ve ever dealt with. They are responsive, organized, fair, and have always treated us with the upmost respect, going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and our condo is perfect. The front office team is absolutely wonderful, and the maintenance team is also timely and effective. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or utilize a management company in St. Louis.
