St. John's Wood Apartments

I want to express that I have been here for less than a week. My move-in date was postponed three times, and the last delay forced me to extend the U-Haul rental. I discovered several issues with my apartment, such as no hot water upstairs, a malfunctioning garbage disposal, loose wires in the apartment closet outlets that can fully rotate, and two cars being towed from the parking lot. Every time I take out the trash, there is a mountain of trash outside the compactors. The walls are so thin that I can clearly hear my neighbors' conversations and noise from their apartments. Additionally, there is broken glass scattered outside my back door, which is especially concerning since I have a two-year-old child. So I really like these apartments they are nice and give so much space. But the management of this apartment complex could not be worse. It has hit rock bottom. Like I try to be understanding about being under staffed and being overworked when companies don't give you enough to do your jobs but at this point it is getting crazy. Move in was stressful because, emails got missed and it seemed like communication was next to none even when you call and go in. It took two months to finally get the credit for move in and get a month free deal. which also took several time of going into the office and calling to get the paper for it and then going in and calling several times just to have it applied the month we had signed and agreed upon. I would like to take this time to thank Davon Miller, he did it again! He constantly addresses all issues going on in my apartment, with that being said, he's caring, understanding, and much more! Me and my Husband are hoping he doesn't leave unlike others that have left the job. Because of Davon, we will definitely consider signing the new lease which is soon, once again Davon thank you so much for your help and outstanding support and customer service, keep up the great work.😉

Our experience with St. John’s Wood Apartments has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. After paying our deposit and signing a lease, management attempted to change our move-in date multiple times, even though the lease had already been executed. On top of that, they tried to increase the rent and alter lease terms without our consent, which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for tenants or basic contract obligations. Each delay came last minute, leaving us scrambling with housing plans. We were not offered meaningful solutions such as temporary accommodations or proper compensation for the days we were unable to access the apartment despite our lease already being in effect. Evie was absolutely great throughout the leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went out of her way to help me. Her professionalism and kindness made a stressful process much smoother.
