St. John's Plaza Apartments

Disappointing experience with management. I was a tenant from the time the building opened (5 years), yet my lease was not renewed because management stated that my income exceeded their limits. This was confusing and frustrating given my long-term tenancy, full compliance with all lease terms, and family responsibilities. Over the years, I’ve noticed a lack of transparency in how new tenants are selected when units become available. Given the building’s location and stated income requirements, this has raised reasonable questions for me about consistency and fairness in the application of those guidelines. CLEARER COMMUNICATION and GREATER ACCOUNTABILITY from management would greatly improve trust and tenant experience.

There is a dog in the balcony pacing back and forth. Please contact the tenant or owner to handle this situation. This is abuse.
