St. James Tower

I truly LOVED living at St. James Tower! I lived here for about 3 years. The location is amazing, close to great bars, restaurants, and the water (super close to the Burke Gilman Trail and Gasworks Park). The staff are so kind and quick to help. Edgar is the best maintenance guy ever, always friendly and fast to fix things. Max at the leasing office was super nice and helpful, and made everything easy. The building is also really safe and secure, and loved having parking on-site. Highly recommend!

I’m a trainer at Fremont Health Club in the building and it’s a the spot to be. The people around here are great. The location is awesome with plenty of restaurants, PCC and cafes everywhere. It’s also located right next to the Burk-Gilman bike/running trail. It is also super easy to get down town from here. Great view.

I am absolutely LOVING my experience at St Jame Tower!! I was super nervous to move to a new building in a new neighborhood (Fremont) after living in the same one for 3 years in First Hill area. I realize now I couldn’t have made a better decision. Wonderful building, wonderful people, wonderful location. Prompt responses and a personable team. I am blown away by Edgar, the maintenance worker. He is kind, funny, and readily available to help you with ANYTHING in your apartment. I filed a maintenance request yesterday for a couple things around my apartment, and he was here the next day. He goes beyond maintenance too — he helped me install my blackout curtains on my window and even helped me move my heavy desk into the living room because I couldn’t do it myself. I toured this apartment building recently and was impressed. The staff provided great customer service and answered all my questions without any pressure. The building is clean, well kept, and the views are some of the best I’ve seen in Fremont. Overall, it left a very positive impression.
