St James Manor Apartments

Terrible apartment complex!!! I lived there for years and moved out in Feb 2017. I left the apartment in a remarkable condition and took pictures of everything when I moved out. Unfortunately, the month before I moved the apartment complex went under new management. After I moved I called several times asking about my information being submitted through the proper channels so that I could obtain my deposit back. I never received my deposit. It is now June almost July 2017 and every time I call the new number the apartment complex had all I get is a busy signal. I have also not been contacted. The number associated with the complex when googled is an old number as well. As far as the apartments go. They are absolutely terrible. Young children are out past midnight fighting and such. I want to know from residents that live here now how good are these apartments? No one has commented since some years back... So if you live here nowcgive me an update on living conditions & security

I lived here it was rat infested I stayed in apartment #252 upstairs I had rats and snakes I moved out early 2000’s I wonder is it the same

Need to be KNOCK DOWN AND REBUILD ASAP…. They have been up for years🤦🏾‍♀️
