St. James Apartments

I LOVE ANDRE, our events coordinator! This morning it was ELEVATE COFFEES from Colombia, Cempasuchil, Mexico, Alpamayo, Peru, and Guatemalan Eterna Primavera! Such a great way to start the day and say “Hi” to neighbors and pups! 🥰

I love living at St. James, and its perfect location makes it even better. The maintenance crew is always helpful and friendly. But my favorite thing is the events organized by Andre, from coffee mornings to pizza parties and happy hours around the Harwood district area. Andre is super sweet and always welcomes you with a smile. I look forward every month to what she has planned for the residents! One thing that could be improved is the elevator and garage gates, which often break.

I had a scheduled tour at 11:30 AM. I waited until 12:05 PM before the agent returned. When he did, he abruptly asked me to move from the seat I was in so he could assist other individuals who toured during my scheduled time. I calmly explained that I was on a time constraint and that my appointment had been missed by over 40 minutes. His response was simply, “I am aware, but I’m the only one here,” delivered in a dismissive and unapologetic manner. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. For a community charging $2,000+ per month, I would expect significantly better service, communication, and respect for scheduled appointments. Due to this interaction, I will not be considering this building, which is a genuine disappointment. I believe this situation warrants

I’ve been at St James for a few months now and love it! Andre and the leasing office team are so kind and host amazing events every month like this coffee bar! The location is great and the maintenance team is very quick and responsive.

St. James has the best events for their residents! These events include pizza night, coffee in the morning and wine nights! These really do make the experience living here just so nice. These events make St. James stand out when looking to find an apartment to live in.
