St Croix Apartments

Croix Apartments has become a horrible place to live. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they do not treat residents with respect. The manager, Maria, is especially disrespectful, and I honestly don't understand how she is in that position. After I moved out, they overcharged me $1,500, and then later sent another bill for $600. My apartment was left clean and in good condition, but they still made up excuses to charge extra money. This place is dishonest, and they will try to take advantage of you. I strongly recommend that you do not rent an apartment here.

This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management is openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. For more than two months, I’ve been dealing with bugs, and every time I ask for help, they lie and say someone will come—nobody ever does. My door lock has been broken for five months, and they still refuse to fix it. Kitchen problems, shower problems—nothing matters to them. What makes it worse is the complete lack of respect. Whenever I report an issue, they don’t just ignore me—they mock me. The manager and staff show zero professionalism, and their behavior toward non-Spanish residents is unacceptable. My time at this apartment was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The management was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. The management was dishonest and unprofessional—we paid for a transfer to another apartment, but they took the money and never fulfilled their promise. The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable—I even had to deal with a leaking roof When it was time to move out, they charged me excessive fees without proper justification. When I tried to discuss the charges, one of the staff members screamed at me instead of providing a reasonable explanation. Over priced and not what they advertise. Paying for security means the local teens can vandalize the luandry center and nothing will every been done about it. 24hour gyms is also a lie they kinda just open it after 6am then close it around 9pm. As to what security actually is, it just a guy that comes around at least twice a night to drive around or sit there for a bit. Matinence is pretty mediocre every apartment basically has the same problems plumbing is barely holding on everywhere. If you live here you will experience plumping issues almost consistently. Wish they would have matinence actually fix issues instead of showing up with band aid fixes. If they manage to actually stick to what they advertise and can stop the teen vandalism wouldn't be that bad.

Very Disappointed – Stay Away from St. Croix Apartments I had a terrible experience living at St. Croix Apartments. The apartments are extremely dirty and not well maintained. The management, especially Maria in the front office, was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. When it came time to move out, they tried to charge me for things that were not my responsibility. It really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be careful before signing a lease here — make sure to document everything and take photos when you move in and out.
