St. Clair

I have to say this has been the most easiest process that I have been through moving here. From the time I came to view the property. All the ladies in the office have been amazing. Kelsey and Kara Are both very patient. They both will guide you through your whole moving process and make it very easy for you. I am in love with my apartment and ready to start a new chapter at St. Clair apartment. If you are looking for a place to call home, I would suggest you stop in here.

The experience of residing at St. Clair Apartments has been highly satisfactory. The management team demonstrates exceptional efficiency in addressing support requests, typically providing a response within a 24-hour timeframe.

Not easily accessed from main street. Gated is nice if there was not tailgating involved. Not enough parking. 1 bedrooms have a steep stairway to upper floor, not good for elderly. Other than that not to bad although they are pricey.

Summary as of 1/29/2022: Good value for the amenities and location with solid management. Background: I am originally from Los Angeles, CA and by the end of Summer 2021 I had decided I wanted to move to Las Vegas starting in the New Year 2022. Coordinating a move to a different state is always a hassle, but I wanted to make it such that I could do a preliminary weekend trip to tour a bunch of apartment complexes, then make a decision based on that info. I had called a bunch of apts. around Oct2021 to see if I could organize some tours for a weekend trip. At the end of October I did my weekend trip and toured several places over a couple of days. St.Clair wasn’t even on my list, but after touring so many “less than ideal” units (again, I was being picky here), on my last day, ad-hoc I dec

The application was super easy and the ladies in the office are very helpful. The apartments has some great amenities and seems very peaceful. Iv lived at st Clair for about 6 months now and it's wonderful. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The washer went out and they replaced it with no hassle. This apartment is just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this complex and the staff. I would live out the rest of my life here in peace.
