St Augustine Hills Apartments

Lived here for 13 months 2024-2025. Enjoyed the office staff, location, and environment. One of the most affordable places I found, especially for it having in unit washer/dryer. Office maintains a safe and healthy complex for everyone and is quick to call out any unnecessary behavior from residents and their guests. Also helpful with anything like mail/packages etc. Very easy to get ahold of on the phone, through email or in person. The location is an easy drive to many shops (like the mall), restaurants, grocery stores etc. Also, did not experience much traffic due to it being outside of the main parts of town. Neighbors were quiet and friendly with a mix of ages. NOTE: There were a few instances of smoking setting off fire alarms, but the office sent out immediate warnings. The smo

If you’ve got a problem they’ll find a way to make it your fault, threaten to evict a bunch of people, or charge you for it. They are straight up wrong about leaks, pests, or mold and will lie about it. It took me a year before they finally fixed my moldy ac bc they denied it the whole time. It was such a low effort to fix too, I could’ve done it myself with my hvac repair experience but didn’t want the fee. And the wood floors are not insulated so anything anybody does upstairs echoes and shakes the whole apartment. Lots of people complain about that. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week sometimes late at night. Some children playing by the pool/ gym made a mess a couple times so the pool was closed because of some trash. I’ve grown up living in apartments my entire life and Maria and Michelle were the best and most professional management team in all the apartments I’ve ever lived in! I lived at St. Augustine Hills Apartments for six years. They are prompt with inquiries and very quick to respond regarding any work orders or any form of question. Maintenance staff is friendly and professional and respond promptly to work order requests as well. I rented a 1/1 apartment, which is spacious unit and let in so much natural lighting. The surrounding neighbors were quiet and friendly in the community. I’m so grateful to have been able to be part of a wonderful apartment community and will miss it dearly.

I lived at St. Augustine Hills Apartments for 2 years and had a top floor 1/1 unit. The units are ridiculously spacious for the price, with wood grain flooring, large sunrooms, and vaulted ceilings for third floor units. There is plenty of parking, and passes/specific spots are not required for visitors. Once the August move-in rush is over, maintenance is quick to respond to online inquiries and always leave notes. The best thing about this place for me was the management. Maria (property manager) is kind and professional. She responds to emails promptly, and always takes concerns seriously. During the entirety of my stay, I always felt secure with contacting her for any issues. Michelle (front desk) is always welcoming, and easy to leave messages with when Maria is out of the office. I

I have read some negative reviews here and most seem understanding but some seem outright crazy. I love this place. Management has a place to run and you can’t expect them to make everyone happy. I for one have never had a problem with them and I am a hard person to get along with. Mitchell is a wonderful lady. Don’t come in here thinking that your going to be living in a ritz Carlton and then complain because there are a few problems. Problems are normal. They will happen. Your living with a ton of different people who all have different habits and backgrounds. Anyways, this place is slightly outdated but for the price you can beat it
