St Andrews Apartments

St. Andrews is a beautiful place to live. We have lived here since our wedding, 16 years now. The amenities here are pretty & useful. Elevators, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ, outdoor lounge chairs, weight room, library, theater, commons seating area. In today's world most every company is transactional & cold. St. Andrews maintenance staff, specifically Mark, are so very personable and respectable to each of us. Mark has saved us from water leaks, security or fire concerns, and HVAC issues very promptly. I work nights as a software engineer and he knows this so every time he needs to do preventative maintenance he would wait to knock on my door until after 11am or so because he knew I was likely still sleeping. High quality guy! Lake side facing apartments are wonderful, lots of migratory

I lived at St. Andrews Apartments for 3–4 years, and with each passing year, the quality has gotten worse. The rent is the same as newer, updated apartments in the area (around $1300), but these units haven’t been renovated in years. The apartments are very outdated, laundry prices keep going up almost every other month, and maintenance is poorly handled.For the rent they charge, you’d be much better off living in a modern complex with actual amenities. The elevators are frequently out of service, the staff is rude and dismissive, and concerns are rarely addressed. When moving out, they do everything possible to keep your deposit, even when there’s no major damage.This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. St Andrew are Very nice place; nice people in the office; specially manager Santomi and Kristie they are very polite and kind.it was cheapest and nicest that we found from our searches. Marble counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen is a plus.The staff made application process very easier for us.overall I would say they are fast and excellent…thank you St Andrew team

Instead of offering promotions only to new residents, please focus on retaining long‑term residents by honoring the facilities and benefits originally promised. Many long‑term residents are currently paying higher rent than new residents, which feels unfair and discouraging. Maintenance standards have been declining, and issues are taking longer to resolve. Please take steps to improve responsiveness and overall upkeep.

All the staff are very nice and cooperative. Andrews Apartment is very clean. I liked it a lot.
