STAY AWAY! Overpaid, gave as much time as requested, he still didn't come anywhere close to completing one item on the quote, left the property in worse condition and then asked for more money! Shaun Jones gave me a quote to rehab a $150k single family home in Detroit on 2-22-22 and began work 3-8-22. He was paid more than the quote requested, over $130k, and worked on the property until 12-8-22 and not one thing on the quote was completed. He left a hole in the basement, windows missing, walls and floors still open, work not done to code, the money was completely wasted. He promised it would look perfect and his wife, who's a realtor, found comps to base the work off of and none of it was used or even came close. He now advises to sell it for $150k and pay him another $50k minimum t

S & S Property Preservation did an amazing job with the replacement of my patio. The entire process from beginning with the budget to end was a great experience. S&S Property Preservation replaced the roof on my home and they did an excellent job!!! They were reasonably priced, arrived at the time scheduled and were very professional. My house is much better now. Everything that I needed done have got done correctly and professionally. Sean and his workers did a amazing job and they was always on time and accordingly. Always called and gave me heads up on everything. They was working around the clock to make sure things have got done and that fixed things on my approval. Everything they fixed I have no problems out of them no more. I wanna say thank you to Sean and his crew for making my house a home now. Shaun and his team from S&S did several great jobs for us over the course of this year including the replacement of our complicated roof and brick repair for a stubborn bay window leak. I was impressed by their timeliness, communication and diligence in making sure we were satisfied with the work and clean-up.
