I had a beautiful vacation in Cashiers with the help of s and a properties of wnc. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Luckily we were able to check in early and out later. They were very kind and helpful and when I left behind a gold necklace in the Airbnb they quickly reached out and sent it to my home. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The S&S team provides the property management and cleaning services for our house in Rosman for the last 2 years. We use the house in addition to renting it and S&S does a great job keeping it in great shape for everyone. Melissa is always responsive to email, text and phone calls. I don't know how much S&S paid to get positive reviews but it wasn't enough. Very sluggish response if at all. The day we we're supposed to meet up for a contract Scott decides it wasn't a fit for him after weeks of preparation. Any type of contractor that does business like such should have their license revoked and brought up on fraud charges. Not even the decency of a phone call but a cowardly text.

The couple that runs this company are extremely friendly, honest & go the extra mile to provide luxury rentals. The cleaning crew does a superior job, and the homes are better than expected every time. They are very responsive to any issues that arise, and go out of their way to accommodate your stay. They truly go above and beyond and their houses show that. You feel right at home in every house they provide.
