We had an excellent experience working with Tristan on our new construction home in the Yellowstone Farms community. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. Tristan guided us through every step of the new construction process, helped us understand our options, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel as smooth as possible. Our hot water PEX pipes keep bursting and nobody from SR Homes is returning any of our calls about warranty service as we are still within our warranty period EDIT: I was contacted by SR Homes and warranty services will be calling in the am. When they make this right, I will adjust the rating EDIT 2: SR isn't standing by what they installed and told me to deal directly with the PEX manufacturer. Very disappointing as our entire home needs to have the hot water PEX replaced due to defect/improper installation. This is after only 8 years of being in the newly built home.

My wife and I purchased an existing “New Home” that was previously under contract and fell through at Yellowstone. Dallas and his team were professional, timely and offered different financial options related to closing costs. We have been in the home for 6 months and couldn’t be happier with the construction and service after the sale.

I recently bought a new home from SR in Athens. The home is well constructed and thought out. The customer service from pre-closing until now (4 mos later) has been great. if I call with a question or minor issue someone always picks up the phone and addresses my concern immediately. I would specifically mention Joseph and Matt as great ambassadors and representatives for SR.

SR Homes was great to work with when we purchased our home! We have worked with numerous builders through multiple corporate relocations over the years so we have a wide range of experiences. Our sales professional was outstanding and the support from the SR team was great as well. We purchased the model home in our neighborhood so SR Homes repainted the entire house for us and allowed for new carpeting throughout. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend the SR Homes team to anyone who is interested in a new home purchase.
